For some reason your DF83 base looks mis-aligned (see below photo). You can adjust base to fix it.
You can take DF83 upside down. Remove the rubber legs and 4 screws on the bottom.
After you open the bottom you will see 4 additional screws. 2 screws are shown in the below photo. The other 2 screws are hidden underneath the white capacitor. You need to cut the 2 restrain strips to expose these 2 screws. Then you can loosen these 4 screws and reseat base to make it aligned with the sprout. Tighten these screws and assemble everything back.
