Shipping policy

Standard Delivery:

UPS ground or USPS ground is our preferred shipping partner for this delivery method. We ship from our warehouse in WA state. The expected shipping time is from 2 business days (west coast) - 5 business days (east coast). The estimate for the delivery time can be delayed. We are not responsible for carriers not delivering on time. All orders will be shipped out on the same business day if they are placed before 12 pm PST.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping to 48 contiguous states in US if the order total is over $69. 

International shipping:

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Japan, UK, Australia and other countries. All product prices are in local currency. The checkout total price only includes the shipping cost. The Duty & Tax and additional clearance fee are not included. UPS standard might have a higher clearance fee. UPS expedited has a lower clearance fee. Please keep these hidden fee in mind. For shipping to EU the carrier will contact you and collect VAT when it's being imported to EU. If you reject paying the clearance fee or VAT the package will be returned back to us. We will refund the order total minus the shipping fee. This is because the shipping fee is paid to carrier to attempt the delivery. If you are in other countries and would like to purchase from us please contact us and we will see if we can enable the shipping for your country.
