Track Shipping Status

We use different carriers to ship your order. For free shipping we use USPS and UPS. For international shipping we use DHL and UPS. You can go to these carriers' website to see the shipping status using the tracking#.

Sometimes it takes longer than expected time to deliver your package especially during the holiday season or natural weather events. Please contact or call the carriers for the real time shipping status. We won't track your package on your behalf. We are not responsible for the late delivery. If you pay the expedited shipping and the package is delivered late you can contact us via reply to the order confirmation or use the web form at contact us. We will file a claim against the carrier and refund your paid expedited shipping fee. 

Late Package Or Lost Package

USPS tracking status usually isn't very accurate. Sometimes it won't update for 5 days. We suggest that you wait at least 7 days before contacting the carrier. If a package hasn't moved on carriers' website for a long time (more than 7 days) it's possible that the package is lost. Please contact carrier to see if they can recover the package.

For UPS use https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/contact-us.page .

If the carrier tells you that the package is lost please contact us via reply to the order confirmation or use the web form at contact us. We will file a claim against the carrier. You will either get refund or choose to get the package reshipped.
