Declumpers for DF Series Grinders

Seems to be working well. No clogs to-date. Should have been provided for free - just shipping, given the issues I had (and submitted). Understand the metal declumper is now included in V2.

While I appreciate your quick response to my problem of having a product that stopped working, I don't appreciate that a grinder (3rd replacement) stopped working after less than two years of use. I did not realize that this device is prone to clogging up, partly due to a poorly designed plastic discharge chute interface which needed to be replaced. I also did not appreciate having to pay over $20 to get two replacements (I'm sure the new one will fail also), when they should have been sent to me at no cost. This item can not cost you more than a few cents to make. This, and the inability of the grinder to get coarse enough with some beans makes this purchase regrettable.

New declumpers are slotted/cut differently from the original ones, and are a significant improvement. Have not had clogging issues since replacing them

Original broke in less than 3 months, replacement in another 2 and now they are out of stock on top of being priced like they are made of gold.
My expensive grinder is now paper weight until these come back in stock.
Here's few words of advice if you want to keep customers around.
1. Make these available at much lower price.
2. If its a hassle to sell individually at less than 12 CAD, make a 10-pack and sell it for 15. That would sound fair and should keep our grinders go for 2 years before we need to come back for more.
3. Send a half a dozen of these at the point of original purchase so people are aware its a consumable and they would need more eventually.
