Dosing Cup Holder Rubber Sleeves for DF Series Grinders

The purchase process was easy, the shipment was timely, and the price was the best I found on the internet. I recently ordered another DF64 part with similar results.

Can someone explain why little tiny pieces of rubber like this are sold for over $1 each (likely cost $0.0002 to make) and weigh so little a first class stamp could ship them. And they lasted LESS THAN A YEAR from brand new to broke. Then you proceed to demand shipping at a cost MORE than the F'ing parts. I'll use duct tape and NEVER buy your products again if you can't fix this reasonably.
