MiiCoffee DF54 single dose coffee grinder is entry level flat burr coffee grinder. It integrated the best elements from DF64 II but is made into a smaller package. The three seated position for the upper burr carrier integrated wave spring makes the grinding chamber absolutely stable. At the same time it achieves minimal retention at the new level. The exit chute is equipped with plasma generator (aka Ionizer) that reduces static to non-existent. DF54 comes with custom made stainless steel 54mm flat burrs that deliver a fluffy grind with minimal clumping and consistent particle size distribution. The integrated Anti-popcorn cover help increase grinding speed.

- Stepless Adjustment Redesigned dial is wrapped with chrome. The included metal indicator makes grind size so much easy to adjust. The adjustment is stepless. It can be dialed in for espresso with high precision.

I just received the MiiCoffee DF54 Single Dose Coffee Grinder, and I'm happy to report that it arrived in excellent condition. Everything was well-packaged, and all parts were accounted for and undamaged.
While it's still too early to give a full review of its performance, as I've only just started using it, I can already note one significant difference: the noise level. This grinder is noticeably quieter than the integrated grinder on my Breville espresso touch machine, which is a pleasant surprise. I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces and seeing what kind of results I can get.
I had been using an OXO grinder and this is both simpler for me and a way better grinder. I took the effort to compare grinds at various setting and was amazed at how much more uniform this is. The lack of fines with this provides a so much cleaner cup. Its quiet and very easy to use.
Dose cup will hold about 30 grams. For pour-over I'd suggest starting with a grind around 55-60. No static for me, even when I forget to spritz. I always start the grinder just before adding beans.
Oh, and super fast delivery!
This is my first time having a separate grinder instead of using a Breville with a built-in one. Dialing in wasn't too hard, the bellows ensure minimal retention, my shots taste great, and I'm overall happy with the results. I do have a small complaint, though, that affect convenience more than anything. I think it'd be ideal if the grinder could sense that all beens have been ground and stop the motor, or even just stop it after a customizable amount of time. The way it currently is I'm always worried I might let it run on empty for too long and damage it. I haven't run into any issues with clogging or static as others have reported, but it does sometimes create a bit of a mess around it. Overall. very happy with my purchase.
