MiiCoffee DF64 II (gen 2) single dose coffee grinder is complete re-design of the old populate DF64 grinder. It integrated the best elements from DF64V and DF83. The three seated position for the upper burr carrier integrated wave spring makes the grinding chamber absolutely stable. At the same time it achieves minimal retention at the new level. The exit chute is equipped with plasma generator (aka Ionizer) that reduces static to non-existent. DF64 II now comes with custom made stainless steel 64mm flat burrs that deliver a fluffy grind with minimal clumping and consistent particle size distribution. The integrated Anti-popcorn cover help increase grinding speed.

True Zero Retention <0.1 gram Even without bellow this grinder reaches almost zero retention. Blow-out funnel, with lid to completely empty the dead space.

I didn’t need another grinder; I’ve owned a pretty good Eureka grinder for several years. But I wanted to try a dosing grinder for my morning filtered coffee. I looked at several before choosing the DFII and concluded it had all the features I wanted at a reasonable price. I’m quite happy with it. Having 64mm burrs meant I could (and did) swap them out for a set of SSP. The mechanism for changing grind size is simple and, unlike the Eureka, easily repeatable. The antistatic chute works flawlessly, a feature that the Eureka doesn’t have. It’s a really sturdy grinder, beautifully machined. If I have a complaint it is the amount of noise it produces but for me that’s not a deal breaker given all its other capabilities.
I’ll add that MiiCoffee offers a service to upgrade and align the burrs. I opted to have them do that for me and working with the technician was a delight. He saved me a lot of time and most likely did a better job of it than I would have myself.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The DF65 II is working perfectly and I'm using it for espresso, pour overs, and filter coffee.
I’ve only used it for approximately two weeks but right out of the box, It is very solid and well constructed. Grinds seem consistent and overall the machine is just simple and solid and well built. it also grinds very quickly. I love it so far!
So far, after only two weeks, the DF64II is living up to my expectations. The burrs are still getting broken in, but the grinder is already doing a fine job. Low retention. Clean. Little clumping. I like the two-part dosing cup. I’m very happy with my purchase from MiiCoffee.
