MiiCoffee DF64 II (gen 2) single dose coffee grinder is complete re-design of the old populate DF64 grinder. It integrated the best elements from DF64V and DF83. The three seated position for the upper burr carrier integrated wave spring makes the grinding chamber absolutely stable. At the same time it achieves minimal retention at the new level. The exit chute is equipped with plasma generator (aka Ionizer) that reduces static to non-existent. DF64 II now comes with custom made stainless steel 64mm flat burrs that deliver a fluffy grind with minimal clumping and consistent particle size distribution. The integrated Anti-popcorn cover help increase grinding speed.

- The current version is V2.3 This now comes with metal power button, cleaning brush and a rubber adapter (the same as included in DF54) to replace dosing ring.

- 58mm Food Grade Aluminum Dosing Cup Now comes with 58mm food grade aluminum dosing cup. While a portafilter can be used in the portafilter rest, it is best to use the dosing cup, especially if your portafilter isn’t 58mm. Dosing cup is made of food grade aluminum.

True Zero Retention <0.1 gram Even without bellow this grinder reaches almost zero retention. Blow-out funnel, with lid to completely empty the dead space.
- Stepless Adjustment Redesigned dial is wrapped with chrome. The included metal indicator makes grind size so much easy to adjust. The adjustment is stepless. It can be dialed in for espresso with high precision.

Happy with The Grinden and the Support
I was a little worried about buying this grinder, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was worried that it was sold under so many different company names other than MiiCoffee: Solo, Turin, DE64... It looks like each has its slight differences, but the MiiCoffee one works well, and I like the metal cup over the plastic ones I see from the other sellers.
I’m in love with this grinder.. it’s quieter than my previous grinder and does an excellent job grinding beans. Great buy
I’ve been using a manual espresso grinder for a year now bc my electric grinder was only good for filter coffee. After looking at a ridiculous number of reviews for grinders under $500 I was torn between the DF54 and the DF64. Ultimately I chose this knowing I’ll never need to scratch the upgrade itch and I couldn’t be happier (I have v2.3).
For those wondering about noise - if you have a quieter machine, it means you spent a lot more than $400 on it which makes me wonder why you’re downgrading. If you’re upgrading from a cheaper machine this is going to be the same or quieter than where you’re coming from. It’s certainly much quieter than my old burr grinder. Unless you have a baby sleeping in your coffee space you’re fine.
No real mess or fuss. Antistatic works great and I quit misting my beans. I do wish they had an adapter for a 54mm portafilter so I could grind directly into it. Save me a step. Tho at 10 seconds a grind, I can literally hold the porta filter with a magnetic funnel up to the nose (you know it looks like one right?) and it all goes in there.
Great grinder. No regrets. Now I need to upgrade my espresso machine 😉
I've owned the DF 64 II for two days and already it's the best bean grinder I've ever owned or operated. Once back in stock the delivery was extremely fast and it arrived in excellent condition due to the protective packaging. I understand that many grinders need a little break-in or seasoning time to reach full potential but I was curious and weighed the first grind with 18 grams. I was very impressed when the return dose weighed 17.9 grams. My old grinder never came this close. One aspect that was very important to me was the ease of clean up. Barring any future issues this will be my forever grinder. (I did purchase the DF64 II with the standard stainless steel burrs).
